MONTGOMERY – Rep. Mike Ball, R-Madison, said today he likes the chances of his government transparency bill to finally become law. The House today unanimously passed Ball’s bill to require all elected officials and candidates, and their spouses, to publicly disclose contracts they have with state agencies.
